Shipping Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Legacy by Kim. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time:
All Legacy headbands individually hand-crafted in Canada upon order. Processing times may vary depending on order volume at the time the order is placed. Estimated production and processing time is 5-10 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Packages will be sent with Canada Post Lettermail with estimated shipping times of:
>>>Within Canada: 3-5 business days
>>>To the US/UK: 5-7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen delays in shipping up to 4 weeks.

As shipping delays and lost orders can occur, all orders over $100 CDN will be shipped with tracking by Canada Post and offered these shipping rates during the checkout process.
