Returns & Exchanges

These items are each individually handmade by our seamstresses, and therefore there may be slight variations between bands which we hope only enhances the unique and special quality of each band as you know they were created individually for you!

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

CANADA + US ORDERS: You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your original order date (US and Canada Domestic orders only). The product must be returned in new and unwashed condition. In the case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. Refunds are issued once item is received by Legacy By Kim. Legacy By Kim is not responsible for lost packages by your carrier.

TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE: Email contact@legacybykim.com with subject titled "Return" or "Exchange" and include your name and order number in the email body. Order number can be found in your initial email receipt. We'll email you back within one business day with further instructions.

'BE HER NOW' JOURNAL RETURNS: This item can be returned in its original condition for a refund or replacement within 30 days of original order date. No refunds or exchanges will be received outside of this timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Are considered FINAL SALE (excluding United States) once shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange.

SALE PURCHASES: Are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and ineligible for return or exchange.

PRE-ORDERS: Are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
